This is my garden for 2012. I changed my gardening layout to 4 foot square gardening. I really liked it a lot better! It was a lot cleaner as I was able to keep it weeded better. I am changing a few things for this next garden year. For one thing we needed more carrots. One other problem I had this last year, is everything I started from seed was dwarfed....I think the seed starter was contaminated. So I am really hoping for a better garden year. There are a couple picture of rose peddles & rose hips I dried for tea. These came from wild roses growing here on our place.

This is in 2010. My garden is starting to look mature.

This was in 2009. I moved the garden to be closer to the manure...but this year in 2011 I did not latch the garden gate to where the cow & goats were & I learned a hard lesson! SAD & SADDER! Squashed squash & pumpkins, corn trampled & peas knocked down to the ground. Even so we had a WONDERFUL garden year!

My first gardens  in 2006 & 2007 that we had after we moved up on top. We were living at this time in a travel trailer. I strung bailing twine around to keep the dogs out. It worked cause the dogs knew not to go in there.
